Request time / contest / give and recieve!

Gather round everyone and have a seat by the fire while the chestnut roasts and the lights in the tree glimmer and shine. The holiday season is just round the corner and all through the house not a creature is stirring except for the tentacles.

I see that the site has been slow lately, and I'm sure that we can all attribute to that to one thing or another. So! How about a little holiday cheer to speed things up around here?

Since the holiday is comming (and we'll all finally have time off) so why don't we have a little show of spirt and celebrate. This holiday let's have the writers here put up a little holiday themed story from each of them to put under the tree!

(rules:
1- You can write anything you'd like but it needs to be holiday themed.
2- Try to get it under the tree before xmas, that means try to have it posted by Dec. 25. This is more of a guidline than a rule since no one likes deadlines but remember that late gifts arn't as magical after the holiday's come and gone.
3- No one actually has to participate but I figured this would be a fun way to jump start the site during the holiday season but if you do join in you're more than welcome to write more than one story if it suits you. Everyone likes getting more presents under the tree!
4- You can really give the gift by writing something especially for someone else or making a tribute to their stories, characters and settings. Surprises are nice, though be sure to have permission if you plan to use anything too precariously. Though if you're not the "Suprise! Here's your gift!" person but rather a "What would you like for the holiday?" kind of person you're more than welcome to ask, though a little bit of both works too.
5- Have fun! Seriously, this shouldn't even be a rule but if you're going to participate you need to try and enjoy the event!)


I hope this catches on and gets everyone out of the early winter blues! I hope to see lots of good stuff under the tree and I wish everyone happy holidays!

...only one problem, how can tentacle rape stories be "holiday-themed"?

Depends on how holiday themed you want it. The closest i've probably ever gotten was this one story were a thief breaks into a toy shop and gets raped by an inflatable santa. It had chipper theme music. Really, it was kind of disturbing and i'm kinda dissapointed that i still remember it

Well I suppose a winter theme would be just as good.

Heck if you can't come up with a holiday theme, don't worry about it. It's not like every gift under the tree is about the holiday, usually it's just the decorations, not the gifts. So if you can't come up with a holiday theme, don't worry aobut it too much, the 'rules' were more along the line of guidelines anyway.

Santa gives a gift to a very depraved little girl. He feels a bit dirty wrapping such a thing in a box that he knows is going to a minor, even if she is sixteen.

Holiday season is coming fast. (not sure if pun...)
So far I haven't seen any Holiday gifts to the site, but if you're like me you're just waiting til the last second to surprise everyone, or maybe it's just that there's not holiday spirit here. Oh well, if more time is needed go ahead and take it but do try to not keep everyone waiting too long.

I've been told the 'Holiday theme' guideline may be a bit too difficult to work with so instead just go crazy! do what you like! and have a happy Holiday!
